DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
YES WE OFFER EXCHANGES WITHIN 10 DAYS SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IF:
- The size or any other detail does not match the given descriptions.
- The Garment(s) are unused.
- All Labels and Tags are intact.
Terms and Conditions:
- Claims are settled within seven working days.
- Products will be sent to Head Office for approval and decision.
- Any decree regarding complaints given by the (CCD) Customer Care Department is final and is not subject to any further modifications.
- In all cases, Customer will bear the cost of sending item(s) back to us.
- For online order exchange of a product, the Customer will call our Helpline. In response, the customer will be guided through the process and further actions.
- It is essential that care instructions mentioned on the products and brochures/flyers are followed exactly. If the product hasn’t been used according to the given directions then ORBIT is not liable for the adjustment of that complaint.
- Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
- Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds however in the case where we won’t be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.
- In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.
