Exchanges & Returns


We offer exchanges within 10 days subject to terms and  conditions, if:

  • The size or any other detail does not match the given descriptions.
  • The Garment(s) are unused.
  • All Labels and Tags are intact.

Terms and conditions for exchange:

  • Claims are settled within seven working days.
  • Products will be sent to Head Office for approval and decision.
  • Any decree regarding complaints given by the (CCD) Customer Care Department is final and is not subject to any further modifications.
  • In all cases, Customer will bear the cost of sending item(s) back to us.
  • For online order exchange of a product, the Customer will call our Helpline. In response, the customer will be guided through the process and further actions.
  • It is essential that care instructions mentioned on the products and brochures/flyers are followed exactly. If the product hasn’t been used according to the given directions then ORBIT is not liable for the adjustment of that complaint.
  • Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.


Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds however in the case where we won’t be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.
In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.
